When you book an appointment at RHG Medical Clinic or HormoneRx (“clinic”), your provider’s time is blocked off specifically and only for your appointment, we do not double book. In order to keep the cost of patient appointments reasonable and continue to provide this important service, we insist that all patients agree to the following terms.
Changes/Cancellation
If a patient wishes to change or cancel a booked appointment, at least 24 hours notice in advance of the scheduled appointment time is required in order to receive a refund. A request to change or cancel an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time will only be granted on a case by case basis, and only at the clinic’s sole discretion. All changes to, or cancellations of,pre-paid and scheduled appointments must be made by the patient using the clinic’s patient access portal. Within 24 hours of the appointment, the system will not allow any changes.
In case of emergency, patients may send an email to support@rhgmedicine.com requesting the changes, and in case of any dispute as to whether the patient sent a message to the above email address, or whether the email was sent 24 hours before the appointment (as reasonably possible), the patient agrees that the clinic’s records and representation as to whether the email was received, and at what time, shall prevail, and waives all claims and rights to further dispute the charge.
No-show
If a patient does not show up at his/her scheduled appointment time, the provider will generally, as a courtesy, attempt to contact the patient by telephone (at the number provided by the patient), though she/he is not required to do so.
If the provider is unable to make contact with the patient, either because the patient provided an incorrect number, any kind of technical difficulties or problems, the patient does not answer, or any other reason, the provider will mark the patient as a no-show and the patient’s appointment fee is non-refundable.
Refunds
Any request for refund of payment unrelated to the cancellation terms above must be sent to support@rhgmedicine.com, and will only be granted in emergency circumstances, and at the clinic’s sole discretion.
It is our intention to provide high quality medical services, at an affordable price. These policies help us to do that. Though you agree that the clinic is not required to refund your payment outside the above terms, in cases of truly difficult circumstances or problems, the clinic often tries to make reasonable accommodations to assist our patients.
